The deceased was identified as Pawan Rai and the injured were hospitalised, they said.
Ram Chander Rai, uncle of deceased Pawan Rai said that they were returning to village Rura after sowing paddy at nearby Kaler village in a tractor trolley when it overturned near Hakimpur.
All the labourers were native of Bihar and had come here to sow paddy.
