105 quintal of cow meat seized, two arrested in UP: Police

Police have arrested two persons and claimed to have seized 105 quintals of cow's meat being smuggled by them in two vehicles.
Acting on a tip-off, police intercepted a canter and a Bolera car near Jawada village in Kotwali Dehat yesterday.
Police claimed to have seized 100 quintals of meat from the canter and 5 quintals from the Bolero.
Two occupants of the vehicles, Nitin and Virendra of Etawah district, were arrested in connection with the case while four others managed to escape.
