11 killed, 17 injured in blast at fireworks factory in China

Eleven people have been killed and 17 others injured in a fireworks factory explosion in China's southern Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
The explosion occurred in Sanbao Township of Cenxi City, state-run Xinhua news agency reported.
Eleven people died after emergency treatment failed while 17 others remained in hospital for further observation.
The manager and the legal representative of the factory have been arrested, local officials said.
