150 fall sick after dinner at iftar party

"A total of 150 people fell sick after eating stale food at an iftar party at Malepara last night. Fifty people have been admitted to a local hospital and the rest were sent home after giving medicine," Chief Medical Officer of Health North 24-Parganas, Dr Sukanta Seal said.

They felt uneasiness and suffered from vomiting after taking dinner at the iftar party, officials said.
