2 constables killed in road mishap

Two constables were killed after their car collided with a truck in Pipiganj area of Gorakhpur district, police said today.
Police constables Rajkumar Yadav and Alka Devi were on their way to duty last night when their car collided with a speeding truck, leaving the two dead, they said.
The truck driver, along with the vehicle, fled the accident scene, police said, and added that a case has been registered and further probe is underway.
