FIR against policemen

An FIR has been registered
against two sub-inspectors (SI) and three constables for allegedly looting and misbehaving with a man after a court order.
The FIR has been registered against Sub Inspectors- Hilal Varis and Prithviraj Singh, constables Allaha Mehar and two others in Banither police station after an order of a local court, police said.
The victim Nempal had alleged that these policemen had on September 19 looted Rs 50,000 from him and also misbehaved and threatened him.
He had approached the court following which Chief Judicial Magistrate Kalpana Verma ordered the police to register the FIR against these policemen yesterday.
