The vehicle, which was on its way from Uri town to Machikrand, 102 kms from here, slipped off the road resulting in the death of two persons and injuries to nine others, a police official said.
The deceased have been identified as - Karim Hussain (75) and Mohammad Rafiq (25) - both local residents, theofficial said.
The injured were taken to sub-district hospital Uri, where doctors referred seven persons to District Hospital Baramulla, he said.
