SP (City) Salman Taj Patil said in a counter move to Pakistan declaring July 20 as 'Black Day', a Ghaziabad-based non-political outfit celebrated Sainik Shaurya Divas today.
During the celebrations, two youths allegedly shouted "anti-national and pro-Pakistan" slogans.
Members of the organisation caught hold of them and handed them over to police.
The two have been identified as Qadir and Wahid from Khar Khoda town of Meerut district.
A case has been lodged under section 124A, IPC against the two who have been sent to jail, the SP added.
