The baby's mother Aditi Chandak, who holds an Indian passport, had appealed to Swaraj to extend the baby's stay in India so that they could celebrate Diwali here.
The baby having an Australian passport was here on a short term e-visa.
"Just two months old - her first Diwali ! Baby will celebrate Diwali with her grandparents. Please convey her my Diwali greetings," Swaraj tweeted in response to the request by Aditi.
She had also given details of baby's visa and also said that she had to apply for e-visa for the baby as they had to come to India urgently.
