The special unit team conducted raids yesterday on the two factories from where they have taken samples.
Officials said that scores of cans belonging to various reputed 'ghee' selling brands were also found from the two spots.
Officials investigating the matter suspect that the spurious product was being packed in such cans of reputed brands and then sold in the market.
