The accident occurred last night when the car driver in order to avoid crashing into livestock on the road, swerved and hit the bike, they said.
The accused fled from the spot after the accident.
The victims were identified as Mohammed Salman (20), Hashim (18), Hariprakash (20), all students.
Police sent the bodies for post mortem.
