Victim's family members have alleged that Rakesh's eldest brother has committed the crime, police said.
The two men came on bike and without taking off the helmets they knocked at the door of Rakesh Thakur. Thakur, who was getting ready for office, opened the door and was shot at by one of the men, police said.
Police said that a CCTV installed in a nearby area has captured the footage of the fleeing accused.
"When Rakesh was getting ready for work, two unidentified men knocked at the door. As Rakesh opened the door, one of accused shot at him thrice.
Rakesh was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was declared dead.
Police suspect role of some insider in the murder and is investigating the case.
"Police have registered a case under appropriate sections of the IPC and accused will soon be arrested," the official also said.
