In a joint raid carried in the noon by Anti-Human Trafficking Cell and Members of Child Welfare Committee (CWC), the minors were rescued from the crockery warehouse and sent to Shelter Home, In-charge of Anti-Human Trafficking Cell, Kota, Kaneez Fatima said.
A case against the crockery owner has been registered under sections of Labour Act.
The four child labour, three of them around 8 and the fourth around 14 years old, all from Kota city, were rehabilitated.
The rescued children said that they were beaten and thrashed by the owner and some of the children bear marks of assault under their eyes and backs, she said.
The Cell and CWC had been keeping a watch over the company for the last couple of days and the owner was also warned. Because he did not comply, a raid was carried today, she said.
