4 died, 7 hurt in road mishap

The incident took place when the driver of the speeding jeep, en route to Deoria from Sitapur carrying 11 members of a marriage party, lost control over the vehicle and it hit the truck parked along Gorakhpur national highway, they said.

While four men and a five-year-old girl died on the spot, seven others passengers were seriously injured, police said.
