According to police, a raid was conducted in the Chaman Colony area here following a tip-off which ended in the arrests of the four accused. Rs 21,000 in cash and betting chits were also recovered from them, police said.
The four accused have been identified as Raju, Ajaib Singh, Aslam and Jamil, police added.
