The incident took place yesterday when the wife of the officer, posted with the CBCID, went to the mall for shopping and four persons started following and teasing her.
The woman immediately informed the police control room and her husband about the incident, after which police swung into action.
Later, after viewing the CCTV footage, Aqil Ahmad, Irshad Ahmad, Gulam Ali and Parvez Alam were arrested, police said.
