The incident took place this morning between Babhni and Myurpur police station area when the truck hit the passenger vehicle killing all the four occupants on the spot, they said.
Those killed have been identified as Ambika (28), Sintu (12), Vidyalal Gupta (24) and one unidentified, police said.
The accused truck driver fled the scene along with his vehicle after the mishap and efforts were on to trace it, police added.
