The deaths occurred yesterday in the famine-hit Tharparkar area, where most of minority Pakistan's Hindus reside.
Two newborn babies died due to premature births and malnutrition in Civil Hospital Mithi, The News reported.
One was 22 days old while the other was born merely about 48 hours ago.
Two twin children, five-month old Shahnawaz and seven- day-old Bashiran passed away in separate villages of Chachro.
The deaths raised the total number of children died in January to 47.
