The victim died last night and the factory's owner has been arrested, Circle Officer Rajiv Kumar Singh said, adding the accused has been booked under relevant sections of the IPC.
The police registered the case following a stir by villagers in which they demanded action against the factory's owner, he said.
Security has been heightened in the area, the officer said.
