Acting on a tip off, a joint team of the NCB and STF from the state capital Patna intercepted a truck near the Vaishali district jail premises and seized the consignment of cannabis, the NCB Inspector PN Singh said.
The seized contraband is estimated to cost Rs 80 lakh in the international market, he said.
Singh said the consignment had been transported here from the north-east.
The two drivers of the truck have been arrested and the vehicle impounded for probe, he added.
