ECoR will run six pairs of Suvidha special trains and three pairs of long distance Summer Special Trains for the benefit of the passengers, an ECoR release said.
These Suvidha trains include Puri-Santragachhi, Sambalpur -Yesvantpur, Bhubaneswar-Krishnarajpuram (Bangalore), Visakhapatnam-Krishnarajpuram, Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad, Visakhapatnam-Tirupati, it said.
08451 Bhubaneswar-Krishnarajpuram bi-weekly SUVIDHA train will leave Bhubaneswar at 2250 hrs every Wednesday & Saturday and reach Krishnarajpuram at 2300 hrs the next day between April 6 and June 25, 2016. In the return direction, 08452 Krishnarajpuram-Bhubaneswar bi-Weekly SUVIDHA train will leave Krishnarajpuram at 0100 hrs every Monday & Friday (just after midnight of Sunday & Thursday) and will arrive at Bhubaneswar at 0145 hrs the following day between April 8 and June 27, 2016.
08401 Puri-Santragachhi (Howrah) weekly SUVIDHA train will leave Puri at 2125hrs every Wednesday and reach Santragachhi at 0700hrs the next day between April 6 and June 29, 2016. In return direction, 08402 Santragachhi-Puri train will leave Santragachhi at 1900hrs on every Thursday and arrive at Puri at 0400hrs the following day between April 7 and June 30, 2016, it said.
00837 Shalimar(Howrah)-Puri weekly AC Special train will leave Shalimar at 2355hrs on April 22 (Tuesday) and reach Puri at 0835hrs the next day. In return direction, 00838 Puri-Shalimar Weekly AC Special will leave Puri at 2335hrs on April 23 (Wednesday) and arrive at Santragachhi at 0905hrs on the following day.

Police said a total of 16 batteries and six cables were stolen by unidentified persons.
According to the police, the local trains remained stranded as the overhead electric wire at Dadar railway station could not receive current as a result of the missing cables.
A case was registered at Shahu Nagar police station against unidentified persons under sections 454 (lurking house-trespass or house-breaking in order to commit offence punishable with imprisonment), 457 (lurking house-trespass or house-breaking by night in order to commit offence punishable with imprisonment) and 380 (theft in dwelling house, etc) of IPC.
