AAP appoints Navkiran Singh party's human rights cell convener

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) today announced the appointment of senior human rights lawyer Navkiran Singh as the convener of its human rights cell.
The announcement was made during AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal's rally at Kolianwali village in Lambi Assembly constituency.
Singh is a practising lawyer in the Supreme Court as well as in the Punjab and Haryana High Court, said a party release.
