Abandoned new born baby girl rescued from a garbage heap

An abandoned new-born baby girl was rescued from a garbage heap at Ajang village of Malegaon taluka, a police official said here today.
Assistant police inspector Sandeep Borse of Vadner-Khakurdi police station said that a woman by the name Jeejabai Hari Dandgavhal, heard a child crying and traced a baby girl dumped under garbage.
The woman immediately took the infant, cleaned her and fed her milk, the police official said.
Later, the police official got the infant admitted to the Malegaon Civil Hospital, the police official said.
