Academy of Art holds all-women composite mushaira

Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages today organised an all-women composite mushiara in the winter capital city here, as a part of the International Womens' Day celebrations.
The mushiara, which was organised in collaboration with State Resource Centre for Women, held at the K L Saigal Hall here today, officials said.
The verses recited by poetesses received great appreciation from the audience that mostly comprised women from different walks of life, they said.
International Women's Day is marked on March 8 every year.
