A case was registered by the ACB in connection with the alleged 400-crore water tanker scam linking former Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit in June this year.
"We have sent a letter to Delhi Water minister and Delhi Jal Board(DJB) chairman Kapil Mishra to join probe as he is a complainant in the case," a senior ACB officer said.
Mishra who has taken up the issue quipped in a tweet that he has received a "love letter" from ACB.
Mishra who was earlier questioned by the ACB in connection with the scam on July 4, said that he had already furnished all the details sought by the probe agency.
"The day I was questioned for several hours like an accused by seven ACB officials, I had provided answers to all the questions orally as well as in writing," he said in his reply to ACB letter sent to him on September 22.
He said that as a complainant he "doubted" intention of the ACB which was under "pressure" to register an FIR against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
Many "dark secrets" and "frauds" of Congress and BJP leaders will be exposed if ACB questions Sheila Dikshit after arresting her, Mishra said.
Following the registration of the case in the alleged scam, ACB chief MK Meena had said that two complaints received by the anti-graft body included the names of former CM Sheila Dikshit as well as the present Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
Leader of Opposition in Delhi Assembly Vijender Gupta in his complaint had alleged delay in ordering of probe in the scam by Arvind Kejriwal government.
