A local activist has moved court against state Urban Development Minister Azam Khan for his alleged objectionable comments on B R Ambedkar.
Jitendra Goyal yesterday filed the plea in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Pramod Kumar Singh.
The CJM admitted the application and will hear the matter on November 7, Goyal said.
The petitioner said he had heard the comments made by Khan in the speech in Ghaziabad on September 6.
