"The festival, titled as 'Youth For Tomorrow', would be organized during October-November 2015 and the theme would be 'Envisioning Tomorrow'," Alok Banerjee, CEO, Zuari Infraworld, one of the companies under the Adventz Group, told reporters in a press conference.
Two categories of competitions, including Elocution and Solo Singing, would be conducted for the 8th, 9th and 10th standard students of 16 prominent schools of Goa, he said.
Elaborating on the event, Banerjee said the first round of the event would consist of 16 individual intra-school competitions in each of the 16 schools, from which one winner in each category would be selected from each school.
The 16 winners would then compete at the semi-final stage of the festival, which would be held on November 28, 2015. Eight finalists would then make their way to the grand finale to be held on December 2, 2015 at the Kala Academy here, he said.
