Featuring Ranbir Kapoor (Ayan), Aishwarya Rai Bachchan (Saba), Anushka Sharma (Alizeh) and Fawad Khan (Ali)- the over two minute video gives a glimpse into the relationship conflicts the characters go through.
The trailer starts with a fun-filled friendship between Ayan and Alizeh, but things get complicated and awkward when her former lover, Ali, makes a comeback to her life and Ayan decides to find solace in Aishwarya.
With the sufi ballad "Bulleya" playing in the background, the video has Ranbir defining love with anguish in his voice and smile on his face.
"Ae Dil Hai Mushkil" is set to release on October 28 this year.
