Speaking at an election rally here, she also appealed to the electorate in Bihar to vote for the NDA during the Assembly polls to usher in development and political stability.
Kumar displayed "poor judgement" by throwing down a plate filled with food, by jettisoning the BJP with a "mistaken wisdom" that he could run Bihar without his long-standing ally, but he fell down "miserably" and "failed" to do anything worthy since then, she alleged.
The senior JD(U) leader "realised his folly" of junking the BJP within a year as his party was reduced to two seats in Lok Sabha against 20 earlier, Swaraj said.
"Without political stability, there can be no development...I know that Bihar badly needs development to remove hunger and poverty among other socio-economic issues nagging the state for decades," Swaraj said.
Seeking to steer clear of the raging debate on beef controversy, she said that her party had not taken plunge in electoral waters in Bihar on emotive issues, but wanted to judged by the electorate on its core agenda i.E. Stability and development.
Swaraj, a senior BJP leader, mounted a frontal attack on Kumar for allegedly plunging Bihar into "political instability" by breaking off alliance with the BJP to bring development to a "grinding halt" in the past two years.
She also tore into the chief minister for his reported promise made three years ago of providing electricity to all house or else he would not seek votes during the Assembly polls, and said, he was out there in the electoral battle seeking another term despite not fulfilling his promise on electrification.
"Who will trust him now to either bring power to the houses of the people or improve overall development deficit in Bihar," she asked.
