The report has to be filed within 15 days, commission sources said.
Though the pilot had been asked to appear before the commission at its sitting yesterday, he failed to do so, the sources told PTI.
The woman had also filed a complaint before the Valiyathura police station against the Pilot and a case under Section 354 A (sexual harrassment)of IPC had been registered against him.
The commission has also sought the status of the case from police.
The Air hostess had complained that she had to face constant sexual advances from the pilot following which she was forced to resign.
She had filed a police complaint after an incident on September 18 during a flight when she was allegedly harassed again by the pilot.
