The appeal petitions of four clubs - Mohammedan Sporting, United SC, Churchill Brothers and Rangdajied United will be assessed when the All India Football Federation (AIFF) Club Licensing Appeals Committee meet at the Football House here tomorrow.
N K Sud, Retired Justice Punjab and Haryana High Court will chair the meeting which will also have Sanjeev Paul, Managing Director TATA Metalicks, and Neel Ratan, Executive Director, PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Limited as the Committee Members.
The meeting is scheduled to start in the afternoon.
The Club Licensing Committee, the First Instance Body - which met at the Governing Body's Headquarters on May 21 - decided to disband the four clubs based on the documents provided by all the 14 clubs and the inspection conducted by the AIFF inspection team in the month of April/May.
The requirements include legal, administration, sporting, infrastructure and financial criteria which all clubs are required to meet. The license is required to compete under the AIFF's Indian Club Licensing System, and is reviewed annually based on a team's overall performance.
