DMRC's 24x7 helpline number '155370' will replace the existing Airport Express Line helpline number '30802030', which was earlier operated by DAMEPL.
"From Sunday, DMRC Helpline number 155370 will be available for providing easy access and speedy solutions to public queries and complaints regarding Airport Express Line too," a DMRC spokesperson said.
The earlier number 30802030' will become non-functional as Airport Express Line helpline number from the same day.
After the takeover of Airport Express Line from DAMEPL from August 1, DMRC has decided to merge this with its own Helpline Number 155370 for the public and they can access it round the clock for all their feedback, information, besides for all the other trains of the Delhi Metro.
