The dargah 'dewan', Zainul Abedin Ali Khan, today appealed the people of Muzaffarnagar to not get swayed by the "plans of anti-social elements".
He said it was "unwarranted" to seek dismissal of Uttar Pradesh government and efforts of the government should not be disturbed by such demands.
"The tragedy has caused immense and unbearable pain to every sensible human being. However, some unwarranted voices seeking dismissal of UP Government in the wake of such tragic incidents are definitely going to disturbed the efforts of the administration," Khan said in a statement today.
"At the moment, I call upon responsible citizen to stop mudslinging and focus their energies to bail the nation out of this curse," he said.
