The court of additional district and sessions judge Siddthartha Roychowdhury which found the accused guilty, will pronounce the quantum of punishment tomorrow.
The judge found all the 13 guilty under Sections 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 342 (wrongful confinement) and 376(2)(g) (gang rape) of the IPC.
The 20-year-old tribal woman was gang raped at Subalpur village under Labhpur police station on January 21 by the accused as a punishment for having an affair with a man from another community.
A police complaint was lodged on January 22 against the 13 persons.
The young woman was admitted to Suri hospital and after a week's treatment she was transferred to a NGO-run government approved home at Suri. She has been there since then.
