Aluminium futures gain 0.34% on spot demand
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in August month edged up by 45 paise, or 0.34 per cent to Rs 131.75 per kg in business turnover of 208 lots.
Similarly, the metal for delivery in September traded higher by 30 paise, or 0.23 per cent to Rs 132.35 per kg in 59 lots.
Analysts said participants created fresh positions on the back of rise in demand from consuming industries in physical market.
