Midler dressed up as her iconic Hocus Pocus character Winifred Sanderson for her New York Halloween bash on Friday. The costume instantly went viral and reignited pleas for a sequel, something Midler has been publicly promoting for years.
Also in attendance at Midler's party was designer Marc Jacobs, who dressed as a female bodybuilder - complete with a six pack bodysuit, Christian Louboutin heels and a tiny blue bikini.
A night before that party, the pair kicked off Halloweekend on a more intimate note, throwing a 'Dead Dinner' for their family and friends.
The couple was dressed up accordingly as a skeleton.
Meanwhile Jenner's sister Kourtney Kardashian went to Tyga's party at Bootsy Bellows as a classic zombie bride.
"The Vampire Diaries" star Nina Dobrev went for the laughs with her Halloween costume, dressing up as the horse from The Revenant while her friend wore a Leonardo DiCaprio costume complete with an Oscar in hand.
Amy Schumer went with one of the most popular Halloween costumes this year, dressing up as Dustin from the Netflix show Stranger Things while her boyfriend Ben Hanish coordinated as the character Eleven.
No one's costume has gone more viral than Perry's herself, who dressed up as her idol Hillary Clinton and had boyfriend Orlando Bloom disguised as Donald Trump.
Actor Leonardo DiCaprio didn't put quite as much effort into his own costume for Kate Hudson's affair, simply donning a simple wolf mask for the costume party
