Angelina Jolie feared 'Unbroken' would be a disaster

Hollywood star Angelina Jolie says she was scared of not doing a good job on her upcoming directorial venture 'Unbroken'.
'Unbroken' is the story of real-life hero Louis Zamperini, an American World War II soldier who spent 47 days drifting on a raft in the ocean before being captured as a POW by Japanese forces.
Jolie, 39, said she was nervous if she would be able to helm the project well, reported Entertainment Weekly.
"If you saw that first shot and my reaction to it, you'd be absolutely sure that this was going to be one of the great disasters of filmmaking history. The only thing you could do was laugh at how insane this was all going to be. And then you just had to take a deep breath and figure out what to do next," she said.

"I didn't know what I was up against when I was first getting into it. I had never done anything like it. I was up for the challenge, but I had so much to learn," she added.
It is Jolie's second directorial project after 'In the Land of Blood and Honey'.
Jolie, who wants to quit acting for a job behind the camera, next directs and stars in period drama 'By the Sea' with husband Brad Pitt.
