The sessions court also extended the interim protection from arrest it had earlier granted to Tuli.
Mookhey had accused Tuli of unnatural sex and her in-laws of cruelty, criminal breach of trust among other charges in an FIR filed with Amboli police station here on July 3.
Tuli and his parents had moved separate applications for anticipatory bail before the court.
Tuli dismissed the allegations as baseless.
"I am innocent and all allegations against me are baseless. I miss my children and hope to meet them very soon. I have not met them for a very long time", he told reporters outside the court.
