AP police will get adequate funding for Hudhud losses: DGP

Andhra Pradesh DGP J V Ramudu today said necessary funds will be released to the police department for the losses it incurred due to cyclone Hudhud.
Ramudu, who held a video conference here with the IGs, DIGs, police commissioners, and SPs of the state, reviewed the losses caused to the police department in the calamity.
The top cop advised the police personnel to utilise the available technological methodology to control the crime in the state and for offering better services to public.
The DGP further directed the senior officials to construct buildings for police stations, apart from repairing the damaged police station buildings in the state.
Additional DGP (Law and Order) R P Thakur and other senior police officers were among those who were present at the conference.
