The organization also termed the reinstatement of Panj Pyaras (the beloved five of the Guru) and removal of S S Saini from the post of DGP as a "right but belated step".
Dal Khalsa spokesperson Kanwar Pal Singh said the global Sikh communities were saddened and hurt by the several incidents of desecration in various parts of the state.
"The Punjab Government led by Parkash Singh Badal has totally failed to dig out the truth, expose the hidden faces and real designs behind the acts of sacrilege," he said.
The outfit also expressed displeasure over the SGPC for maintaining "criminal silence" on the orders of five beloved ones to sack the five head priests.
Meanwhile another Sikh body Damdami Taksal also demanded an immediate arrest of the culprits in the police action.
The Taksal organised a 'bhog' (post death ritual) as part of the 'Pashchatap Divas' (repentance day) at Mehta Chowk here against incidents of sacrilege.
Speaking on the occasion, Taksal chief Baba Harnam Singh Khalsa said the incidents of sacrilege by anti-Panthic forces could not be tolerated.
Demanding immediate arrest of the police officials responsible for killing two persons in Bargari, the Taksal chief demanded cancellation of what he termed as "false cases" against two brothers Rupinder Singh and Jaswinder Singh of Panjgrain Kalan village.
He also appealed to the Sikhs against celebrating Diwali with fireworks this year.
