The observance of the divas will be held at the sub- divisional and district levels across the State, a release from the Chief Minister's Office (CMO) said here today.
The divas will be observed at the Assam Secretariat premises where Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi will pay floral tributes at the portraits of the national leaders and administer the pledge to the officials and employees of the secretariat to uphold the unity and integrity of the nation, the release said.
