Bail plea of five alleged gangsters rejected

A district court today turned down the bail please of a five alleged gangsters.
"The district gangster court has rejected the bail applications of five gangsters in different cases yesterday. All of them belonged to different gangs involved in crime at different police stations. The court observed that it is not in public interest as they may terrorise witnesses and create further terror among the residents," Lalit Mudgal, Senior Prosecution Officer said today.
On of the persons was Sahib Singh who faces a case registered against him at Expressway police station while the second of these was Rahul, allegedly involved in cases registered at Surajpur and Bisrakh police stations, it is learnt.
The third person whose bail plea was rejected was Hari Kishan involved in a case registered at Dankaur police station. The fourth was Pawan and the fifth as Aakash.
