The Pune-based company had sold 3,870,077 units in the 2014 fiscal.
Sale of motorcycles halted at 3,292,084 units this fiscal as against 3,422,403 units last year, down four per cent.
However, sale of commercial vehicles was up by 16 per cent at 5,19,117 units for the full fiscal as against 4,47,674 units reported the previous fiscal.
Exports rose 14 per cent to 18,06,078 units, in comparison to 1,583,935 units last year.
While motorcycles sales declined 22 per cent to 2,09,937 units in the reporting month as against 2,70,578 units a year, sale of commercial vehicles saw a healthy 21 per cent increase at 40,667 units compared to 33,739 units, thus whittling down the overall decline to 18 percent, the company said.
Exports, its mainstay were also down by 16 per cent to 98,703 units in the reporting month from 1,18,183 units during the same period last year.
