In an effort to make World record in cake making, Bakers Association Kerala would exhibit a 600 feet long cake weighing two tons here on October 31 in connection with the 131st anniversary of cake making in India.
A three-day "Bake Expo-14" would also be held here from October 30, Associations State President P M Sankaran told newsmen here today.
Chefs and bakers with 1000 cakes baked in Kerala and about 300 companies from India and abroad would be participating in the Expo, Sankaran said.
