West Bengal Speaker Biman Banerjee today urged members of the treasury and Opposition benches to stay in the House for a longer time during sessions.
The speaker, who was delivering vote of thanks on last day of the budget session, said it had often been noticed that presence of members during early and late hours was very low.
He mentioned that a member had raised this point inside the House wishing that all members are present to listen to his views.
Banerjee, in this regard, appealed to all the members to be present in strong numbers during each day of the entire session.
