Remembering the great warrior of Mewar, Maharana Pratap, Bhagwat said he fought for his land and people with valour and his personality cannot be compared with anyone.
Bhagwat said he had laid the foundation stone for the Kendra and he was feeling proud in dedicating this to the public.
In the Kendra, idols of rulers of Mewar including those of Bappa Rawal, Maharana Kumbha, Maharana Sanga, Maharani Padmini Devi, Meera Bai, Panna Dhay, Udai Singh and others have been installed in the centre which will also have a light and sound show.
Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje, Rajasthan Home Minister Gulab Chand Kataria and others were present on the occasion.
