Big haul of explosives seized in Rajasthan

A big haul of explosives was seized today by the police with the arrest of one person in Talera area here.
As many as 457 detonators, 1,000 sticks of Gelatins, 15 cartons of fuse and other explosive devices were recovered from one Dinesh Jain during a raid in Jhakmund village, said Gyanchand Meena, Station House Officer of Talera area.
The accused was produced before a court here which sent him to police custody. A case under Arms act has been registered against him.
In primary investigation, Jain has said to have purchased the explosives from a resident of Ajmer.
The accused, who has no license for explosion, said he has purchased the explosives for mining purpose.
