Girls and women can seek police assistance in case of eve teasing, abuse, violence etc. By sending a text message to the service called 'Pukar' on WhatsApp number 8764852595, Bikaner IG Bipin Kumar Pandey said.
"The objective is to provide instant police assistance to girls and women in such cases. The number will be circulated in schools, colleges and at other public places so that it reaches the maximum number of people," he said.
