Bizarre magazine is to cease publication later this month.
The alternative magazine will end after 18 years, Dennis Publishing announced on Facebook on January 15, reported Digital Spy.
Launching in 1997, Bizarre covers alternative culture, including interviews and articles about LGBT culture and drug, fetish and other subcultures. It also regularly reviews works by avant-garde directors, musicians and visual artists.
"Dennis Publishing is sad to announce that after 18 years Bizarre Magazine - the UK's iconic alternative magazine brand - will cease publication following the upcoming issue," a statement read.
"Since its launch in 1997, Bizarre has brought together members of the alternative scene. It offered an uncensored view of the world, lifting the lid on the things other magazines run screaming from featuring the most thought provoking stories and photography on the planet.
"The brand has been more than just a magazine and website; it has been a community committed to delivering unique, amazing and shocking content to thousands of loyal fans across the world.
"Unfortunately with a large proportion of the printed magazine market suffering a decline with lower sales in an increasingly digital age, Dennis Publishing has made the difficult decision to close the publication."
The final issue will be published on January 20.
