BJP MLA arrested
allegedly misbehaving with a district administration official during an anti-encroachment drive, police said.
Anil Jain was arrested for misbehaving with the official in April 2009, they said.
The MLA was produced before a local court in Jhalawar district which released him on bail today, they said.
